How to use meeting invitations

There are three ways to invite participants to join your meeting all accessible from the 'Invite Participants' tab.

Free accounts are limited to inviting participants via email*.



1) Invite via Email*: 

Invite individual participants prior to the meeting via email, sending them unique participant links. Great for private meetings where only those invited should have access to participate. To use this feature you will need to have the email addresses of your participants. Participants will be able to add this to your google or outlook calendar.


2) Invite via Link:

Invite participants prior to the meeting via a link. Great for sending invites via mass emails or web forums. Anyone with the link can participate. Simply copy and paste the information. 


3) Invite via Code:

Invite participants to join using a participant code below. Great for public meetings and events where you don't know participants' email addresses ahead of time. Anyone with the code may participate.
